Due to recent regulations for USPS there may be delays in shipping.

Shipping Rates:

US Domestic USPS -  $9.55 Flat Rate

Canada USPS - $28.50 Flat Rate

International: Please contact us for international shipping at hello@aurnatrix.com 

• Shipping and handling costs do not include customs tax and duties. You will be responsible for any tax and duties charges that may be incurred according to the laws of your country.

Return Policy:

All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

All international orders are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

A refund is eligible for unused, unworn merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging.

To process a return please email within 3 days of receiving the order to returns@aurnatrix.com with your name, order# and date of purchase so that we can assign an RA#. Return the item back within 7 days to the address provided and we will credit your original form of payment (not including shipping cost) when the item is received.

Please allow 8-10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

We recommend including a tracking number on your return package as we can not offer refunds on lost items. If an item is not received within 10 days it is no longer eligible for refund.
